Privacy Policy for Split Flow

Welcome to Split Flow ("the Application", "we", "our", or "us"). Split Flow is a high-performance, completely offline utility designed to split text strings by exact character count or custom delimiters.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user privacy and data security. Split Flow is developed and operated by DV Siam. We believe that privacy is a fundamental human right. Our core engineering principle is absolute data minimization: we do not collect, process, monitor, or transmit any data whatsoever.

Split Flow operates as a completely client-side, self-contained application:

• Local In-Memory Execution: Any text you paste, type, or split remains strictly inside your device's temporary volatile memory (RAM).
• Zero Remote Servers: Split Flow has no backend servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure. We do not transmit your content anywhere.
• Immediate Disposal: When you clear the text or close the application, your processed data is wiped immediately from the runtime state.
• Clipboard Access: When you tap "Copy Part" or "Copy All", the text is placed onto your device's standard operating system clipboard at your explicit request. We never read or monitor your clipboard history.

For total transparency, we explicitly declare that Split Flow does NOT collect any of the following:

• Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email, phone number, physical address, or IP address.
• Unique Device Identifiers (IMEI, Android Advertising ID, MAC address, Hardware IDs).
• Location data (GPS, network location, or Wi-Fi triangulation).
• Usage statistics, behavioral telemetry, clickstreams, or crash analytics.
• Financial, biometric, payment, or authentication credentials.

Split Flow respects standard Android security models and requests zero dangerous or sensitive permissions.

• No Internet Permission required for core operation: The splitting algorithm executes entirely within local Dart/Flutter engine code.
• No Storage Permission: We do not read or write files to your device storage.
• No Contacts, Camera, or Audio Permission: The app never requests access to your media or personal records.

Split Flow does not bundle, integrate, or load any third-party marketing SDKs, analytics engines (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel), or advertising networks (such as AdMob, Unity, or AppLovin).

No external code is executed that could track you across apps, build user profiles, or sell data to data brokers.

Because Split Flow collects no personal information whatsoever, it is fully safe for individuals of all age groups, including children under the age of 13 (and under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area).

We strictly comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from anyone, including children.

The best way to secure your data is to never collect it in the first place. Since Split Flow does not store or transmit your data to remote destinations, there is no risk of cloud data breaches, unauthorized server access, or database leaks.

Security on your device is safeguarded by your operating system's sandbox and your device lock mechanisms.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect future improvements, technological modifications, or legal adjustments. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date. We encourage users to periodically review this page.
